Welcome to Super Cleanup ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and KURIL TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Your use of our website(s), products, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services") means you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Except for certain types of disputes, you agree that disputes between you and us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via in-app notice, email, or website banner). If you continue using the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.

2. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services, and in any case not under 13 years old. The App does not require you to create an account or log in. If account-based features are introduced in the future, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy accordingly.

4. App Use and Safety

You may install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control. You are responsible for reviewing suggested cleanups before confirming deletion. We are not responsible for unintended deletions caused by your actions.

5. In‑App Purchases and Subscriptions

Super Cleanup may offer auto‑renewing subscriptions or one‑time purchases processed by Apple via your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your device settings. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under its applicable terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including without limitation: interfering with or disrupting the Services; reverse engineering; using the Services for unlawful purposes; or infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third‑party services (e.g., the App Store). We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution).

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee the App will identify all duplicates or unnecessary files.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to the Services

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
